Seen by the owner running the app with
clickable desktop(PR #90 preview): the module manager shows "No internet connection" and greys out Install, Update and Retry, although the desktop is online.Expected: on a desktop, either the real connection state, or the intended fallback in
qml/platform/Connectivity.qml: when Lomiri's connectivity plugin is missing, answer "online", try the download, and report a failure in plain words.Guess, not verified: clickable's desktop image has the
Lomiri.ConnectivityQML plugin, sout/Connectivity.qmlloads, but no connectivity service answers on a desktop session, so it reports offline. The fallback only covers the plugin failing to load. Possible fixes: treat "status unknown / service not there" as online, or pick the platform item by platform instead of by whether the plugin loads.Could: desktop is a distant second target for now; the phone is right (checked in PR #90, step 5).
