Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
From the phone check of PR #82 (owner): pressing Install with WiFi and mobile data both off fails with a technical error: "temporary failure in name resolution".
Wanted: before the user presses anything, the module manager checks whether a network connection is up. If none is, the Install and Update buttons are greyed out and can't be pressed, with a short plain explanation (e.g. "No internet connection"). They come back when a connection appears. Browsing the cached lists offline keeps working, as now.
Also map download errors (DNS failure, timeout) to a plain message rather than showing the raw error. A connection can still drop after the check.
Notes:
QNetworkConfigurationManager::isOnline(deprecated) or NetworkManager over D-Bus; check what AppArmor allows on Ubuntu Touch.qml/platform/or the qt glue, while the decision of what to show stays incore/with a unit test.
