Wanted: a combo box with a text field. Typing filters the languages by either name (English or native, e.g. "Ger" or "Deu"), and scrolling still works.

The filter is logic, so it belongs in core/ with a unit test; the QML field only passes the text through. Its strings go through cargo make i18n.

From the phone check of PR #82 (owner): the language selector in Modules is a plain list. There are many languages, and the list is sorted by the English name, so finding one by its own name ("Deutsch") means scrolling. **Wanted:** a combo box with a text field.
