From phone QC of #11. Settings (today only the reference typing field) is reached through the reading view → picker → Settings, so it is buried under chapter select. It should have its own entry at the top of the navigation hierarchy.

The current placement isn't final: #10 part 2 (the module manager) needs a top-level entry point too. So do this with it: a top-level menu or header action in the reading view with Settings and Modules (and later About), and the picker keeps only navigation. The "Aa" quick-settings sheet (#12) stays in the reading view's bottom bar for display options.

Leaf mostly (QML pages), but qml/Main.qml and ReadingPane.qml are trunk.

Change of plan (owner's call, 2026-10-27, after trying PR #82 on the desktop): the Aa quick-settings sheet does not stay in the reading view's bottom bar. Its controls (text size, red letters, verse layout, night mode) move into the Settings page under a "Display" section, and the Aa button leaves the footer. The footer keeps the reference label, Back, the Bible button and the ⋮ menu (Modules, Settings). Display settings added later (e.g. #12 part 3) go into that Settings section. Being done in PR #82.

The same round also: limits the module manager to kinds the app can use (Bibles in v0.1; installed modules of other kinds are still listed, greyed, so they can be removed), and gives language names as " · " from generated CLDR/ISO 639-3 data.
