From docs/04-features.md ("Also planned") and docs/01-pathway.md phase 4. CLAUDE.md gate: ships off by default until it passes its kill-mid-upload and multi-device tests.

Sync bookmarks, labels, notes, StudyPads, plan progress and workspaces between installs of this app.
Uploads are atomic (write, then rename), and every job is resumable after a kill.
Conflicts resolve without losing either side's edit.
Credentials stay in the platform keyring, not in app.sqlite3.
