From docs/04-features.md ("Also planned") and docs/01-pathway.md phase 3.

  • Export app.sqlite3 (VACUUM INTO) to a file the user picks, through Content Hub under qml/platform/ut/.
  • Restore checks the schema version, migrates forward if older, and refuses one that is newer.
  • Atomic: a kill mid-restore leaves the old data in place.
