From docs/01-pathway.md phase 2 and the CLAUDE.md rule "JSword for v11n tables".

Map a verse from one versification to another (KJV ↔ Vulg, Synodal, Catholic, ...), as JSword's VersificationsMapper does.
Needed by synced windows, by bookmarks that open in another translation, and by the KJV-mapped range in the schema.
Tables are checked against JSword's output (golden tests), not hand-written.
