From phone QC of #11. Back returns to earlier places, but there is no way to go forward again, as in a browser.

Sketch: Back pushes the place it leaves onto a forward stack, Forward pops it, and a new jump clears the forward stack. Persist it like the history (the history table, or a sibling, saved within ~1 s, restored after a kill). A Forward button next to Back, disabled when there is nothing ahead. Note the known gap from #11: Session::back pops and re-pushes in separate transactions. Do Back and Forward in one transaction each.

Trunk: core/src/db/, core/src/worker*, the qt glue, ReadingPane.qml.
