Seen on the phone while checking PR #102. In Modules, Aleppo's detail line is laid out right to left. Its language name comes first, in Hebrew ("עברית · 2.0.1 · 1.0 MB"), so the whole Label takes RTL direction from that first strong character. The text aligns right and the version and size come out reordered ("MB 1.0 · 2.0.1 · עברית").

Fix: keep the row in the UI direction and isolate the language name: wrap it in U+2068 FSI … U+2069 PDI where the core builds the detail text, or set horizontalAlignment: Text.AlignLeft and LayoutMirroring on the Label. Prefer the isolate in core, so every place that shows a language name gets it. A unit test should cover a Hebrew or Arabic name.
