Last step, after the other 0.1.0 issues are closed.

• Add CHANGELOG.md with the 0.1.0 feature list.
• Run the auditing-before-launch skill.
• manifest.json version is already 0.1.0 — confirm.
• Tag v0.1.0, create a Forgejo release with the arm64 .click attached (the rollback path is reinstalling the previous .click).
• Upload to the OpenStore.
